A pre-order gives you early access to your favourite Amissah pieces before they officially arrive, at a special 10% discount.

Why Pre - Order with Amissah ?

Our pieces tend to sell out quickly once they arrive; sometimes within days.
Pre-ordering gives you the opportunity to secure your favorite designs before they hit the shelf, so you don’t miss out on what you’ve been waiting for.
It’s our way of making sure you get first access to what you love.

When Will I Receive My Order ?

All pre-order items will be delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe indicated on the product page. Once your order is ready, you will be notified via call, WhatsApp, or email with your pickup or delivery details.

How many people can pre - order each piece ?

Pre-order gives you early access to selected pieces at a special 10% discount.

Each design has 10 to 15 pieces available during the pre-order period, and the discount applies only within this window.

Once the pre-order period ends and the pieces arrive, they return to their original price.

This is why pre-order is the best time to secure your piece at the lower price before full release.

Can I Combine Pre - Order and In - Stock Items?

Yes, you can but your full order will be shipped or available for pick-up once the pre-order item arrives.
Need your in-stock items earlier? We recommend placing a separate order for faster delivery.

Can I Change or Cancel a Pre-Order ?

We do not accept cancellations once payment is confirmed.
However, if your item is delayed beyond 10 days past the expected delivery window, you’ll have the option to choose from:

  • A full refund

  • A store credit

  • A product swap (subject to availability)
