A pre-order allows you to secure your favorite Amissah pieces before they officially arrive.
Why Pre - Order with Amissah ?
Our pieces tend to sell out quickly once they arrive; sometimes within days.
Pre-ordering gives you the opportunity to secure your favorite designs before they hit the shelf, so you don’t miss out on what you’ve been waiting for.
It’s our way of making sure you get first access to what you love.
When Will I Receive My Order ?
All pre-order items will be delivered between the last week of November and the first week of December. Once your item is ready, you will receive an update via call, WhatsApp, or email with pickup or delivery details.
How many people can pre - order each piece ?
Pre-orders are very limited, with only 10 to 15 slots available per design. Once those are taken, pre-ordering for that piece will close and you will need to wait until it is back in stock. If you have had your eye on something, now is the time to secure it.
Can I Combine Pre - Order and In - Stock Items?
Yes, you can but your full order will be shipped or available for pick-up once the pre-order item arrives.
Need your in-stock items earlier? We recommend placing a separate order for faster delivery.
Can I Change or Cancel a Pre-Order ?
We do not accept cancellations once payment is confirmed.
However, if your item is delayed beyond 10 days past the expected delivery window, you’ll have the option to choose from:
